My meaningful metaphorical moment at NuLemurian Heart Center Sedona on 6/10/2020:
Walking across the bridge, spanning the beautiful Oak Creek, I stopped in the middle and looked upstream, then down. Upstream looked so alive, beautifully painted with vibrant colors and movement of water gently cascading over mossy river rocks. The scene reminded me of things to come in life; of moving through, around and over obstacles. The phrase from Buddha came to mind: “follow the watercourse way”.
Then turning around again to view downstream, there was much less movement, light or color, reminding me of the past and letting go of what no longer serves me. It is as if there were two completely different streams, divided only by the suspended bridge.
